Hetaifeng HBT80 electric trailer concrete pump is a high-performance concrete conveying equipment with full hydraulic control system. It eliminates easily damaged parts such as PLC, accumulator and proximity switch, greatly improving reliability and adapting to harsh working conditions.
It has a theoretical output of 80m³/h, maximum pressure of 15.7Mpa, equipped with 132Kw motor and S-valve. It can pump concrete vertically up to 240m and horizontally up to 600m. The open hydraulic system and centralized lubrication ensure stable performance and low maintenance cost.
Suitable for various construction sites with stable power supply, such as residential buildings, bridges, tunnels and infrastructure projects.
To meet different size concrete pumping needs, HETAIFENG researched and developed a 40-80m3/h electric trailer concrete pump for sale, a fully hydraulic system, simple structure, and Centralized lubrication to ensure the diesel trailer concrete pump's reliable and excellent performance.
On the basis of mature electric commutation technology, we have developed overall hydraulic concrete pumps with excellent performance. This hydraulic system deletes PCL, constant pressure pump, accumulator, and approach switch four parts that are extremely damageable parts in an electronic commutation system. It greatly improves the reliability of the machine and makes sure it can work in any hard condition. Our various motor concrete pumps( diesel engine concrete pumps) mainly cover capacity from 30-120ms/h and pressure from 5-20Mpa.
Power system
Motor: We adopt the world-famous brands Yantai Motors and Beide Motors of Siemens.
iesel: We adopt original VOLVO, DEUTZ, and LOVOL diesel engines.
Main oil pump
The main oil pump is optional: German HAWE, Rexroth, Japanese Kawasaki, and Korean Handok series.
Radiator
The radiator is air-cooled type, enabling the machine to work under the allowable highest temperature.
Lubrication system
A centralized lubrication system adopts a progressive distributor that supplies every lubrication point with oil in turn, and the oiling time can be set. So the oiling is accurate and the oil consumption can be saved.
