（1）After receiving the task of pumping concrete, the person in charge of the pump truck shall check the site together with the sales, transportation and production management personnel, confirm the operation line, parking location and contact person together with party a's personnel, cooperate with the list of personnel and confirm that the site is qualified.
（2）Before driving, please carefully check that all parts of the pump truck are in normal state, the pump pipeline and buckle are intact, and all kinds of tools are complete.
（3）Fill up the tank and store enough water.
（4）Strictly observe the traffic rules and arrive at the scene according to the confirmed route.
（5）In the delivery of the pump truck to strengthen the lookout, other personnel to assist the driver to do a safe operation, if necessary to alight to direct the pump truck driving, to ensure safety.
（6）After the pump truck arrives at the confirmed site, the pump truck will start working according to the requirements of party a after it is stopped steadily.
（7）The fixed leg of the pump truck should be stable according to the regulations
（8）When the boom of the pump truck is extended upward one by one, after the boom is extended, lower the boom end to the appropriate height in a reliable place, and then open the hose at the pipe end.
（9）Extend the pipe end to the position according to the instructions of party a's command staff.
（10）The water in the hopper is removed from the pipe to lubricate and clean the pipe . Then press in the pure water and slurry.
After the cement mortar lubricates the pipe, the concrete can be pumped.
(11)When the pump truck begins to pump concrete, the speed should be slow. When the concrete is sent out of the end of the pipe, the speed can be gradually accelerated and transferred to the normal speed for pumping.
(12) The concrete shall be continuously pumped, and shall not be stopped. In case of abnormal operation, the pump speed can be slowed down
(13) When the concrete supply is not timely, pump speed should be reduced.
(14) When pump feeding is temporarily interrupted, pump machine should be used to pump twice to three times every 5 ~ 10min to prevent the pipe from blocking.
(15) If the concrete is intermittently supplied for more than 30min, the remaining concrete in the pipeline should be discharged to prevent the pipe from blocking.
(16) When the concrete pump is finished, the concrete pump, placing boom and pipe should be cleaned.
(17) Pipeline cleaning can be driven by air compressor cleaning ball cleaning.The method is to first set up a dedicated cleaning pipe, then start air compressor, gradually pressurize.
(18) During the cleaning process, the conveyer pipe should be knocked with a mallet at any time to know whether the concrete is close to emptying.
(19) After the entire pumping work, cleaning the pump machine, pipe and chassis, drive the pump truck back to the designated location.
