1.The pump must be placed on a solid flat ground. If it must be placed on an inclined ground, the wheel can be jammed with a tire brake, and the tilt must not more than 30 degrees.

2.If the temperature is low, idle running time should be longer, to the hydraulic oil temperature rise to more than 15  to feeding pump.

3.10L of water and 0.3 cubic metre cement mortar shall be added to the hopper before pumping. If the length of the pipe more than 100 meters, water and mortar shall be appropriately added as the pipe grows.

4.After the cement mortar is injected into the hopper, the stirring shaft should be reversed for several whirl to allow the inner wall of the hopper to be lubricated, and then turn forward to feed the mortar through the throat of the hopper into the distribution valve box.Do not pump out all the mortar in the hopper when pumping, keep it above the mixing shaft axis of the hopper, and pump it together after concrete is added to the hopper.

5. When pumping, the concrete plane in the hopper shall be kept above the mixing shaft axis, and the pump shall be stopped if the feed cannot keep up.

6.The hopper grid shall not be filled with concrete, and the feed flow shall be controlled to remove super-granular aggregate and foreign matter in time.

7.When the stirring shaft is stuck and does not rotate, pump delivery shall be stop and troubleshooting timely.

8.When it is found that the concrete entering the hopper is separated, pump should be stop until the mixture is evenly mixed.If the aggregate is seriously separated and the mortar in the hopper is obviously insufficient, part of the aggregate should be removed and the mortar should be added for re-stirring.Open the distribution valve window when necessary to remove all concrete in the hopper and distribution valve.

9.The supply interruption time should not be longer than 1h. 2~3 stroke backpump - positive pump movements should be made every 10min after the pump stop. Stirring should be done before re-pumping.

10.When the vertical upward pump is interrupted and the pump is again, the reverse pump shall be carried out first, so that the concrete in the distribution valve can be sucked back into the hopper, and then the pump after mixing.

11.If the pipe is equipped with a stop pipe after operation, the stop pole should be inserted to prevent the concrete flow in vertical or upward inclined pipe.

12.Remove the cone tube before cleaning. Take out the concrete at the mouth of the 6B straight pipe and connect the air washer joint.The joint should be filled with sponge ball, before the joint is installed, the exhaust valve and the compressed air hose.

13.Install a safety cover at the end of the pipe with the orifice facing down.If the end of the line is straight down or is equipped with 90 ° bend down, don't put the safety cover.

14.After the pipe fitting is completed, open the compressed air intake valve slowly, so that the compressed air will press the sponge ball out of the concrete.If there is a stop pipe in the pipeline, pull out the stop pole first, and cover the plug hole, then open the air inlet valve.

15.When the concrete in the pipeline is about to exhaust, open air valve should be opened slowly, so as not to wash the ball out of the pipeline impact on the pipeline.

16.When washing the pump, open the distribution valve window, start the hopper stirring device, and make no-load push action.At the same time in the hopper and the valve box, until the hopper, the valve box, concrete cylinder all wash, and then clean the pump external.If the pump is not used within a few days, the rubber piston of the working cylinder should be disassembled and the water should be put.If the water is cloudy, clean the water system.
