Variable displacement piston pumps are applied to ensure stable and reliable system operation, with overpressure overflow function to effectively protect the main pump and diesel engine.Chassis: Jiuhe truck-mounted pumps consistently adopt FAW Jiefang chassis, a top-quality domestic chassis featuring mature reliability, powerful performance, comfortable driving experience, complete maintenance network, excellent overall performance and cost-effectiveness, complying with National IV emission standard.
High Suction Performance Technology: Optimized inner wall of the hopper ensures smooth material flow without accumulation. Combined with the smoothly transitional S-tube and precisely adjusted blade angles, concrete is drawn into concrete cylinders to the maximum extent, with suction efficiency exceeding 90%.
Large-Bore Delivery Cylinder: The cylinder bore is enlarged to 230 mm, which reduces reciprocating wear of pistons and extends their service life. The large-bore delivery cylinder matched with the optimized hopper device greatly improves the actual concrete pumping efficiency.
Automatic High-Low Pressure Switching Technology: Highly integrated large-flow automatic reversing device minimizes energy loss. Switching between high-pressure and low-pressure delivery is realized with one single button, featuring no leakage and no contamination.

Wear-prone surfaces are overlay-welded with wear-resistant materials, featuring outstanding high-pressure resistance and wear resistance.Wear Plate & Cutting Ring: Inlaid with hard alloy, featuring exceptional durability.Piston: Precisely processed from imported materials, with excellent hydrolysis resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance.
