Hetaifeng 48m concrete pump truck is a high-performance medium-long boom concrete conveying equipment for building and infrastructure construction. It is equipped with FAW or Auman National VI chassis, 470HP engine, strong power, fuel efficiency and high reliability.
It adopts high-flow electro-hydraulic valve group, German Rexroth main pump, Norgren/Hawe proportional control valves, and professional wireless remote control to achieve stepless speed adjustment and stable boom operation. The CAN bus system with IFM controller monitors engine status in real time, improving efficiency and extending service life.
The boom is manufactured with precision laser cutting, professional welding and 100% non-destructive testing, with a laboratory fatigue life of 400,000 cubic meters without cracking. Key parameters: max vertical height 42.8m, horizontal radius 38.5m, max pumping capacity 134m³/h, suitable for medium-high rise buildings, bridges and general construction sites.
